Meet the Founder

Michelle White

Therapist | Founder | Owner

Michelle White is the therapist, founder, and owner of the practice. She created the practice with a clear vision: to make high-quality mental health care in Texas more accessible, supportive, and approachable.

We welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and attend carefully to each person’s unique history and needs. Care is personalized—therapy is collaboratively tailored with attention to cultural, relational, and lifestyle factors that matter to you.

Michelle has always had a deep interest in understanding people and a lifelong passion for learning. That curiosity naturally evolved into a career dedicated to helping others navigate difficult seasons of life. Through her work as a therapist, she helps individuals and couples work through challenges such as burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions.

As a Texas native through and through, Michelle brings a grounded, straightforward, and compassionate approach to therapy. She believes the best therapy happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about what they are going through. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change.

Michelle founded this practice to address a common problem she saw in mental health care: many people who need therapy struggle to access it due to rigid scheduling, stigma, or feeling like therapy is overly clinical or impersonal. Her practice is built around the belief that therapy should feel welcoming, collaborative, and practical for real life.

Michelle’s Areas of Focus

Michelle works with adults and couples experiencing challenges such as:

  • caregiver burnout

  • corporate and professional burnout

  • anxiety and chronic stress

  • depression and low motivation

  • relationship conflict and communication struggles

  • life transitions and emotional overwhelm

Many of Michelle’s clients are busy professionals, caregivers, healthcare workers, and individuals experiencing high levels of stress or emotional exhaustion. Her work focuses on helping clients develop practical strategies to reduce stress, improve relationships, and regain a sense of balance and clarity.

Michelle’s Approach to Therapy

Michelle takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach to therapy. She believes that every person’s story is different, and treatment should reflect that. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand their experiences while building practical tools that support long-term emotional well-being.

Clients often appreciate Michelle’s ability to listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and help them see patterns or solutions that may have been difficult to recognize on their own.

Her priority is always to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being honest, exploring difficult topics, and working toward meaningful personal growth.

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of her work, Michelle values quiet moments that help her recharge and stay grounded. She enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending time relaxing on her porch with her pets and her husband. These small but meaningful routines help her maintain balance and perspective—something she encourages her clients to cultivate in their own lives as well.
